Booking & Payment Policy
– Your credit card details have been collected to secure your reservation, and you will be required to pay for all accommodation upon arrival.
– Payment can be made with MasterCard or Visa (please note a 2.78% surcharge applies to all card transactions) and Amex (with a surcharge of 3.5%).
– We are a cashless venue.
– The total amount for the pre-booked nights must be paid upon arrival.
– Once checked in, your reservation is non-refundable.
– All taxes are included in the room rate.
– A valid passport (for shared rooms) or government issued photo ID must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
– Please note that we are strictly an 18+ property. Dormitory stays are limited to guests aged between 18-35.
Cancellation Policy
– In case of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay per person, which is non-refundable.
– Any changes to your reservation must be agreed upon with the property before check-in.
– If you do not arrive for your reservation, your booking will be canceled.
